Lowliness

 Lowliness

Lowliness is maybe one of the worst feelings in the world. I felt very lonely when my Grandpa passed away last year April 14th. He was like my best friend. I’d tell him anything and everything that would be going on with me.

More than half of us usually don’t experience lowliness at a very young age. Unlike David, in the book called 'The Lost Boy'. If you’ve ever felt like you have none there for you, or you actually don’t have anyone for you. You could relate to more than half of this book.

Having to search for love from another family must be hard on the person who   is searching for love and must be very difficult. In the book 'Child Called It' David once got the lover from both of his parents. He doesn’t know what happened to it, but suddenly everything changed. David's mom had been very abusive towards him he wasn’t even considered part of the family. They didn’t even consider him a person he was the 'It'.

If David wasn’t put trough what he was put trough he wouldn’t have done the things he did. For example he stole food, he wouldn’t have had to steal food if his mother would have gaven him food and not try to make him starve. Also he wouldn’t have felt the loneliness he felt. If his mother could has just gaven him love. It's sad how David's mother would try to do anything to kill the poor kid, he didn’t even know why she tried  to and why she'd always torture him.

I believe that no little kid at age 8 should feel he's unloved and lonely. I also think no little kid like David should have been abused and tortured like he did. I honestly wish the book should have explained why he got abused how he did, because for me trough out the whole book it felt like his mother just treated him like she did for fun and games.
